Financial AnalystBuckstop is seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Financial Analyst to join our founding team. This is not a traditional finance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, creating processes from scratch, and partnering directly with leadership to help shape the financial infrastructure of a rapidly growing company.
Experience in the energy sector is preferred. You will support financial planning, accounting operations, tax compliance, customer project analysis, automation initiatives, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial fundamentals with a startup mindset and thrives in environments where ambiguity is an opportunity rather than a challenge.
