Compensation: $100k - $120k + annual bonus + 401k matching (50% match up to 6%)

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, reporting, and business performance initiatives across a growing organization. This role will partner with operational and leadership teams to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and business insights that drive informed decision-making and improved financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and recommendations to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain operational, financial, and management reporting.
• Analyze revenue, volume, profitability, and business performance trends.
• Perform monthly P&L variance analysis and communicate key drivers.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-level financial reporting.
• Partner with operations and department leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Support project-related financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Maintain data integrity within financial systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Support other FP&A and finance projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Process improvement mindset with a desire to streamline reporting and analysis activities.
• Experience with planning and consolidation tools is a plus.
