Financial Analyst

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting and executive-level dashboards
• Partner with operations and leadership teams on business performance initiatives
• Prepare monthly P&L analyses and communicate results to key stakeholders
• Support forecasting, resource planning, and strategic decision-making efforts
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and ongoing process improvements
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong financial acumen with foundational accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall technical aptitude
• ERP experience required; OneStream experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives and business leaders
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
