Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management presentations.

• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and department leaders to improve financial visibility.

• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve financial efficiency.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial reporting systems.

• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, or ERP systems is a plus.
