Finance AnalystOur client is a leading owner and operator of manufactured housing communities nationwide, backed by a globally recognized investment firm and positioned for continued growth.The RoleOur client is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive sales and operational reporting, with a focus on KPI tracking, performance analytics, and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Strategic Finance to analyze trends, improve visibility, and support key business decisions.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain KPI dashboards (leads, conversions, occupancy, etc.)Analyze large datasets to support reporting and ad hoc requestsDeliver weekly/monthly performance reports to leadershipEvaluate sales funnel performance and identify trends/bottlenecksSupport forecasting, modeling, and variance analysisEnsure data accuracy across reporting sourcesPartner cross-functionally to enhance reporting and insightsQualifications3–5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or sales reportingBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)Experience building KPI dashboards and working with large datasetsStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred:Experience in real estate or property-related industriesFamiliarity with sales funnel metrics and CRM dataExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsDetailsFull-time, on-site in Phoenix, AZHigh-visibility role with exposure to senior leadershipComp: Base Salary $100k-$120k
