This is a temporary role focused on manual reporting processes and data analysis during monthly and month-end close cycles.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience reviewing financial statements such as P&L reports.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with monthly and month-end financial reporting activitiesSupport ad hoc reporting requests from Finance leadershipPerform financial analysis to support modeling and business forecastingGather, analyze, prepare, and summarize data for operating forecastsInput and manage financial data across internal systemsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial reportingIdentify inconsistencies or discrepancies in financial dataQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required2–5+ years of finance or accounting experienceExperience in R&D and/or manufacturing environments preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)Strong proficiency in Microsoft WordSolid understanding of financial statements, including P&L analysisHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentRequired onsite during initial training periodHybrid schedule thereafter (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Reports directly to Finance leadership
