Serving as a strategic advisor to operations leadership, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage financial forecasts for a portfolio of locations, connect financial results to operational decisions, and enhance reporting and automation processes. Key responsibilities Provide strategic financial consulting to operating leaders, linking financial results to operational levers and diagnosing variances with actionable recommendations Own the monthly and quarterly operating forecast, leading review conversations and supporting the annual budget and long-range planning cycles Build and improve reporting materials, identifying and eliminating manual processes through better model design or AI-assisted workflows Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong financial modeling skills Strong PowerPoint skills for creating clear presentations for executive audiences Ability to trace financial outcomes back to operational decisions and communicate effectively with non-financial operators Curiosity about AI and automation, with a proactive approach to learning new tools
