Chipton-Ross is seeking an AP Supplier Refund Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Very high attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)• Clear written and verbal communication• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices • Audit daily wire payments for accuracy• Validate supplier banking details• Provide backup support for invoice audits, fraud reviews, and other AP processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Experience working in SAP
REQUIRED EDUCATION: • Accredited Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
