Required Knowledge and Experience:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Minimum Experience/Knowledge: 3 years of accounting (specifically fund accounting) AND financial analysis experience in a hospital or similar environment (Information Technology knowledge a plus).
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience as a Junior financial/budget analyst.
- Experience developing new financial reports and tracking and reporting on KPI's.
- Financial Analysis (ability to analyze and explain financial data).
- Budget/Variance Analysis (ability to research and explain budget variances).
- Proficiency in Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, sum-ifs); experience creating and working with large linked excel files.
- Understanding of GAAP, the General Ledger, and the Chart of Accounts.
- Experience creating, building, and maintaining financial models.
- Experience working with a major financial ERP (i.e., Infor Lawson).
- Experience working with Finance, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and external vendors.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet multiple competing deadlines.
- Must be a reasonably quick learner.
- Must be able to work independently under general direction.
Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
