Driving financial transactions remotely, the full-time Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst will manage complex deals, perform financial analyses, and coordinate due diligence processes across mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Key responsibilities Drive complex transactions, supporting live deal execution and coordinating due diligence processes Perform comprehensive financial analyses and build detailed financial models to support transaction evaluations Lead due diligence workstreams and support negotiation and development of transaction documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative background Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory Experience with buy-side or sell-side M&A and equity or debt financing transactions Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including knowledge of various analytical methods Experience preparing executive decision-support materials and transaction process documents
