The role is based onsite at the Orange, CT office initially; however, if the manager gains confidence in the worker, a hybrid or remote option may be considered. The team is looking for someone who can start the project immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries)Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicingSupport MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates)Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessionsTrack, document, and follow up on requests and issuesEscalate complex cases to relevant teamsEnsure timely responses and maintain service levelsRequired SkillsBasic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams)Ability to manage multiple requests and workDetail-oriented with problem-solving mindsetCustomer support experienceExperience managing supplier invoices and assisting suppliers to log in to the SAP networkEffective email handling skills — email is the main mode of communication with suppliersPreferred SkillsKnowledge or experience of ARIBA would be a PLUSEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; equivalent experience (Associate's degree or HS/GED) accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degreeWork Environment / Physical RequirementsOnsite role at Orange, CT office initially; hybrid or remote may be considered based on manager confidence in the workerImportant NotesIn-person interviews are preferred by the hiring manager; two team members at the Orange, CT office will join the interview on-site while the manager participates via video conference.
