LHH Recruitment Solutions is conducting a search for a Financial Analyst II with a dynamic, multi-location entertainment and real estate organization. This position is ideal for someone looking to move beyond traditional reporting and take on a highly visible role focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. You'll work closely with leadership, gain exposure to key business initiatives, and help drive performance across a complex operational environment. 5 days in office in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision support.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and management reports.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Analyze performance across multiple locations and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform full P&L analysis, including both revenue and expense drivers.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and actionable business insights.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leadership.
- Experience within entertainment, cinema, real estate, hospitality, or other multi-location businesses is a plus but not required.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
