Financial AnalystThe Financial Analyst will provide direct support for our government compliance reporting, financial reporting and certain accounting efforts as assigned by the Director of FP&A. These responsibilities primarily include preparation of government financial reports, incurred cost submissions, cost plus invoicing, indirect rate calculations and compliance with applicable federal regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as applicable. In addition, the role includes financial analysis, annual planning, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes.ResponsibilitiesYour core responsibilities will be to:Prepare the annual incurred cost submission to the governmentPrepare quarterly indirect rate calculations and submission of provisional billing rates if applicableCustomer invoicing for cost plus programsMonthly accounting close analysis for cost plus programsFinancial analysis reporting for overhead and SG&A spendLabor analysisCustomer Order and invoicing analysis and reportingOther duties as assignedQualificationsU.S.
