What You'll Do
- Build financial models and underwrite acquisitions and development opportunities
- Support investment committee presentations and capital markets initiatives
- Analyze portfolio performance and asset-level investments
- Conduct market research, valuations, and investment analysis
- Work directly with senior real estate professionals on high-profile transactions
- 1-2 years of real estate or finance experience
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow within a top-tier real estate platform
- $80,000-$90,000 base salary
