We are DISH.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis Financial Analyst position falls within our Customer Experience Organization (CXO) Finance Team. Our financial analysts are passionate individuals who want to drive business strategy to put us in a winning position. They are responsible for planning, designing, and implementing financial and operational cost analyses and models, identifying trends, and recommending methods for improvement to our executive team.

Additional responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, long-term strategic planning, monthly spend analysis, preparing monthly slide decks for executive team, purchase order requests and tracking, invoice auditing and submission, and ad hoc KPI reporting and analyses.Primary Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Planning - perform analyses, in collaboration with CXO senior management, to improve the financial performance at our CXO call centers across the globeBudgeting and Forecasting - responsible for helping to create a departmental budget for a Fortune 250 company and providing daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting updates to CXO managementDrive Business Strategy - push internal and external partners at all levels to deliver better financial results and put us in a winning positionExpert Excel and Modeling - able to design, maintain, and implement models to ultimately improve business through data analyticsComfortable with financial software (Oracle, OneStream)Coding knowledge is not necessary, but having comfort with coding would be a plus (SQL etc.)Strong written and verbal communication - position will email, make presentations and hold conversations with Directors and Vice Presidents regularly.Skills, Experience and RequirementsBachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Math from a four-year college or university or equivalent amount of relevant experience. MBA, MS-Finance, or Master's in another quantitative field a plusMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceWillingness to learn, curiosity to seek answers and understand the business, experience with or ability to work in a fast-paced, high throughput environment, and excellent teamwork skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnelSelf-driven and motivated to seek opportunities to improve everyone's knowledge through innovate analysis. Does not wait to be given an assignment.Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with some knowledge of database basics helpful (SQL)Experience with One Stream a plusStrong attention to detail in all analyses and workExcellent quantitative and analytical abilities, with proficiency in mathematical and financial concepts and ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsWell-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materialsSalary RangeCompensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/YearCompensation and BenefitsFrom versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website.Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
