One of our top healthcare clients is looking to add a Financial Analyst II onto their team that will be responsible for day-to-day labor operations from a finance perspective, partner directly with department heads on staffing and budgets, and drive key operational execution for projects to support executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on labor operations: working with department leaders on open positions, position controls, labor management/productivity, and labor budgets.
- Updating staffing model workbooks for leaders.
- Supporting general operations: physician fees, reviewing monthly statements, and assisting with month-end closes.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to provide recommendations/resolutions.
- Long-term growth potential into a management role within a couple of years.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of financial/accounting analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Senior-level analytical capabilities.
