We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future.The Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, is a key member of the finance organization, supporting core financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights that support decision-making. The analyst will contribute to the development of planning processes, reporting enhancements, and analytical frameworks to improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate insights effectively to a variety of stakeholders.Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Forecasting Support the annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning processes, including periodic updates and analysisPartner with stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment across planning cyclesAssist in developing financial models and analyses to support forecasting accuracy and business insightsFinancial Analysis & Reporting Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and business partnersAnalyze actual results versus budget/forecast, identify key variances, and provide clear explanations of performance driversSupport consolidation of financial results and contribute to management reporting materialsMonth-End Close & Expense Management Support month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and variance analysisOwn and maintain monthly cost trackers, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with financial reportingCoordinate with Accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reportingBusiness Partnership Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and other business functions to support financial planning and analysis activitiesProvide analytical support to business partners to help drive informed decision-makingProcess Improvement & Special Projects Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and data management processesSupport system enhancements, reporting automation, and process standardization initiativesContribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as neededEducation and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

Skills required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong working relationships Experience with financial planning or enterprise reporting systems preferred Experience in large, complex, or highly regulated environments is a plus
