Harmer has partnered with a high-growth company in the Manufacturing industry seeking to hire for position of Financial Analyst.

This role will be heavily involved with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI trackers, and partnering with Controller and Operations!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis)
- Experience with working capital metrics is valuable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar)
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given strong attention
- Accounting knowledge helpful
- Key Characteristics: Drive, motivation, desire to be a business partner, and question the status quo. This is a business that doesn’t have established processes, such that individuals will need to be resourceful, inquisitive, and strategic.
