Come grow with us!Reports to: Director of FP&APosition Summary This role will be responsible for maintaining planning models, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting forecasting and analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with financial acumen and is interested in building scalable FP&A processes through systems.Compensation & BenefitsEmployee Ownership (ESOP): Company-funded retirement contribution of approximately 18% of pay, plus 401(k)Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, and Pet InsuranceGenerous paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leaveFitness and tuition reimbursement programsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFP&A Systems Ownership Support day-to-day administration of Prophix, including data loads, model maintenance, and user supportBuild and enhance budgeting and forecasting templates within ProphixMaintain and improve financial models, workflows, and reporting structuresPartner with IT and Finance to ensure accurate and timely data integration (e.g., ERP systems such as D365)Assist in developing dashboards and reports to improve visibility into business performanceTroubleshoot system issues and support continuous improvement of the platformForecasting & Budgeting Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes within ProphixCompile, validate, and consolidate inputs from business unitsAssist in maintaining driver-based planning models and key assumptionsEnsure consistency and standardization across planning processesFinancial Analysis & Reporting Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key business driversSupport preparation of monthly management reporting and KPI trackingAssist with analysis across revenue, margin, and operating expensesContribute to ad hoc analysis (pricing, cost trends, profitability, etc.)Cross-Functional Support Work with Sales, Operations, and other business teams to gather inputs and provide insightsHelp translate operational metrics (volume, pricing, productivity) into financial impactSupport improvements in visibility and decision-making through better reportingProcess Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline FP&A processesDocument system workflows, reporting logic, and planning processesSupport best practices in financial planning systems and data governanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or related roleExperience with Prophix strongly preferred (or similar FP&A tools)Advanced Excel skills (modeling, data analysis)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and data integration is a plusFamiliarity with Power BI or other reporting tools preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple prioritiesWork Environment & CulturePBI-Gordon Companies offers a collaborative, employee-owned environment where accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement are valued.
