Financial Analyst for AI Model Training

Apply advanced finance expertise to improve AI systems used for financial analysis, valuation, and investment decision-making. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on bringing professional financial judgment, analytical rigor, and clear written communication to the review and development of AI training materials. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Analyze, review, and edit AI-generated financial content for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and professional quality.
• Develop, refine, and evaluate prompts involving financial analysis, valuation, and investment decisions.
• Assess and annotate complex financial data, reports, and model outputs using detailed rubrics and established best practices.
• Write and review technical documentation, investment memos, due-diligence reports, and research summaries.
• Evaluate AI outputs for logical consistency, robustness, and adherence to professional financial standards.
• Conduct independent research and fact checking to validate information used by AI systems.
• Provide constructive feedback that strengthens prompt engineering and model performance in finance use cases.

• At least 3 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, investment management, or strategic finance.
• A track record of producing investment memos, valuation analyses, financial models, due-diligence reports, or market research.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality assurance.
• Exceptional written communication, professional editing, technical writing, and business writing skills.
• Independent research and fact-checking experience.
• Experience with prompt authoring, data annotation, content review, or AI/model-output evaluation is strongly preferred.
• An advanced degree, including a master''s degree, JD, MBA, or PhD, is a plus. Candidates from highly selective universities or equivalent academic programs are encouraged to apply.
