This position will offer a hybrid work schedule and will be required to be in office two (2) days per week.Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Active participation in program Earned Value in compliance to CPR/IPMR data reporting requirements; Facilitate preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy. Manage baseline efforts, and support efforts for Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR's) with customers.Prepare EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates, and revisionsSupport the monthly financial forecasting process to include analysis and recommendations on awards, sales, operating margin, and cashPreparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecastsInternal and External support of compliance auditsAssistance with contract negotiationsSupport of pricing and proposal activitiesCash Management to ensure timely invoicing and collectionsCollaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering and Program ManagementPromotes the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth, and continuous improvementMaintains the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethicsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control - OR - Master's degree and 1+ years of experienceExpertise with Microsoft Office suitePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Earned Value and financial reporting on a variety of contract typesExperience with SPFP financial forecasting system & COBRA earned value management systemPrior experience in the aerospace and defense industry.Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FARSalary Range: $60,600.00 - $90,800.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
