Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst III for one of our top clients in Bend, OR. Financial Analyst III is a key contributor responsible for modeling business scenarios and financial metrics used to support strategic company decisions. This individual will work on multiple projects simultaneously, analyze complex financial data, and translate detailed information into clear, actionable insights for leadership. The role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, helping drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives.
This is a direct-hire role that will sit hybrid-onsite in Bend, OR. This specific team focuses on three key areas: month end reporting, forecasting & planning, and ad hoc analysis/strategic projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and reporting systems like Oracle EPM or Smart View
- Ability to analyze financial statements and create financial models in Excel and/or Google Sheets
