We operate with a simple philosophy: move fast, think like owners, and hold a high standard.This is not a "sit back and learn someday" role.You will be in the business, working directly with leadership, helping drive decisions that impact real dollars.We are looking for a hungry, high-capacity student who wants real exposure to finance, operations, and growth.You will work directly with our leadership team on:Financial reportingForecasting (AOP / business planning)Data analysis across markets, trades, and customersOperational problem solvingWhat You'll Be Doing:Build and maintain financial models (revenue, margin, forecasting)Support monthly business reviews and KPI trackingAnalyze job-level profitability, labor trends, and purchasing dataAssist in budgeting and forecasting (FY26 AOP and beyond)Work with large datasets (ADVANCED Excel required, Power BI a plus)Identify issues? bring solutions (not just observations)What We're Looking For:Current student or recent graduate at University of Central Florida (Finance, Accounting)Strong in Excel (you know your way around formulas and pivots)Analytical mindset with attention to detailHigh ownership / low egoComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentWilling to be in-office and engaged with the teamNike-level work ethic – you show up early, stay late when needed, and take pride in outworking expectations (this is not a clock-in/clock-out role)Purchasing and/or ServiceTitan experience preferredYou currently live in the Orlando, FL areaWhat You'll Get:Direct exposure to executive-level decision makingReal financial and operational experience (not theoretical)Mentorship from leadershipOpportunity to growWhat This Role Is (And IS NOT):IS - Empire Builder role?
