Providing personalized support to students, the full-time remote Academic and Finance Counselor will guide learners through academic and financial planning, interpreting policies and connecting them to resources for success. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted guide for students, explaining University policies and Financial Aid guidelines Manage a caseload of students, offering tailored support to help them achieve their academic goals Communicate with students across various channels, providing timely and professional assistance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in advising, student services, or related fields required Experience in a fast-paced, student-focused environment preferred Familiarity with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred Background in academic advising within a college or university setting preferred
