This is a hybrid role.This role is an excellent opportunity to earn additional compensation, referral bonuses, and enjoy a variety of valuable company perks!Essential Functions:Manage and nurture an existing book of business while continuously prospecting for new clientsAnalyze client financial information and create tailored financial plans aligned with their goalsPresent financial plans to clients, discuss recommendations, and agree on next stepsImplement financial plans and monitor performance, making adjustments as neededProvide ongoing client service, communication, and support to ensure long-term satisfactionPrepare and deliver financial planning sessions, presentations, or seminars to drive new business opportunitiesContribute to developing new sales & marketing strategiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention and growthCoordinate referrals or consultations with other professionals as appropriateComply with all Federal, State, Local, Broker-Dealer, and LBW rules and regulationsComplete all required Continuing Education requirementsParticipate in ongoing training to stay current on the financial industry trends, regulations, and products. LBW values a commitment to lifelong learningLicenses, Certifications & Education:FINRA Series 66 license at a minimum.
Alternatively, a combination of a Series 63 and Series 7 or Series 6Valid CA Drivers License (Required)California Life Insurance License is a plusCFP or ChFC designation preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree in business, finance, sales, marketing or related field, OR a minimum of four years of professional experience in financial servicesQualifications:Demonstrated success of maintaining a book of fee and/or commission-based clientsExpertise in 401(k) and other qualified plans is a plusExceptional communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skillsStrong networking abilities within businesses and personal communitiesAbility to listen to client needs and provide suitable financial solutionsProficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite is requiredThis range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience.
