Financial Advisor Retirement CounselorCAPTRUST is seeking a Financial Advisor Retirement Counselor that will meet with employees of retirement plans to holistically advise individuals as to their plan options, provide retirement planning strategies, evaluate their risk tolerance and make asset allocations recommendations based on CAPTRUST investment strategies. The Financial Advisor will manage specific clients and work directly with clients and Financial Advisors in managing advice projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide financial planning and education to retirement plan participants in group or individual sessionsManage and maintain various annual client projectsManage specific department tasks such as reporting, ongoing communications, and presentation developmentTravel to client locations and manage expenses; may travel up to 80% of time out of town, including overnightQualificationsMinimum Qualifications/Skills:4-year college degree (preferred but not required)Professional License/Certification required (65,6, or 7)4 years of related industry experience; retirement plans and investment vehiclesDesired Qualifications/Skills:Demonstrated project management experienceRelationship building and interpersonal communication skillsStrong attention to detailWhat can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
