Senior Financial AdvisorAvior Executive Search has been retained by a dynamic RIA based in the prestigious Carnegie Center of Princeton. Our client has over 30 years of wealth management expertise and is looking for a Sr. Financial Advisor to become part of the team.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a career changing position to be a business owner VS an employee. The right individual will be entrepreneurial and have a strong understanding of financial markets with an established and portable portfolio of clients of a minimum of a T-12 of 300K. Along with the ability to build relationships with clients and provide them with sound financial advice.The primary responsibilities of this role include:Providing financial advice to clients on a variety of topics, including retirement planning, 401K, investment management, and estate planningDeveloping and implementing financial plans for clientsManaging client portfolios and providing ongoing investment adviceBuilding and maintaining relationships with clientsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:Fee based business with a minimum T-12 of 400K and above.Series 65 required, Life & health is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous commission structure & vesting plan.
