Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Venture Investment Committee will provide strategic guidance and industry insight to support Healthcare Shares' growth and mission-driven initiatives in healthcare innovation, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health, biotech, and healthcare operations Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
