Financial Advisor Operations Associate

Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

We are seeking anexperienced Financial AdvisorOperations Associate who can step into a key support role within our advisory team.
Position Overview
This position supports both advisors and clients through account operations, service coordination, and administrative accuracy. It is bestsuited for someone with prior financial industry experience who can contribute quickly with minimal ramp up.
This is not an entry level role.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and maintain client investment accounts
- Manage and update client profiles and records
- Process account service requests and follow through to completion
- Respond to client calls, emails, and service needs professionally
- Assist advisors with research and financial planning related tasks
- Maintain organized documentation and compliance standards
- Coordinate with custodians and internal team members as needed
Experience and Skills
- Two or more years of experience at a financial advisory or investment firm
- Familiarity with platforms such as Redtail CRM, Black Diamond, Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, or Fidelity systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience
- Minimum two years at an investment or financial advisory firm required
- Preferred platform experience:
