This collaboration should result in providing solutions and strategies that are aimed towards accomplishing clients' goalsWork in a team environment to identify and develop specific clients and prospects that are compatible with Northern target profilesUtilizes broad knowledge of the investment markets and terminology to inform and educate clients and partners around various strategies, particularly around concentrated positionsCollaborates and understands working with NTSI traders to ensure excellence in executionParticipates in team conversations to help develop and implement best in class investment strategies and solutions that will to maximize their sales effortsThorough documentation of client notes/interaction into Salesforce is a must to ensure all members of the advisory team are informed and kept up to date on client interactionMonitors the market and information sources to make appropriate and timely strategy decisions to clients and partnersFully participates in all ongoing training and meeting initiativesSets personal sales goals and business plan with manager based on experience and product knowledgeProviding the highest level of client service to clients is a top priorityOperates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / functionAs subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical levelCarries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficultRole is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activitiesConducts preliminary analysisResponsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or managementStrategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areasStrong sales, communication, and group presentation skillsIndividual must be goal driven and self-motivatedSome travel may be requiredExperience:Minimum 5+ years of securities industry and sales experienceMust have broad based knowledge of all securities products, options expertise preferredRequired Securities license: Series 7, 66 (or 63/65)Professional designation preferred (CFP)Salary Range:$110,000 - 185,000 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
