Provide investment recommendations and portfolio guidance consistent with client objectives, applicable standards of care, and firm policies. Deliver ongoing client service, including reviews, plan updates, and portfolio recommendations as client needs evolve. Discuss insurance and annuity solutions, where appropriate, as part of the planning process. Support retirement plan relationships, plan participants, and employer-sponsored retirement plan opportunities, where applicable. Support clients through broader planning conversations, including financial planning, retirement income planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions. Build and manage strong client relationships through consistent communication, service, and follow-through. Work with internal teams, support staff, and subject matter resources to support a strong advisor, client, and retirement plan experience.Position requirements:Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial advisor. Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, or Series 7 with Series 65/63. Life and health insurance licenses preferred.
Experience with retirement plans, employer-sponsored plans, education markets, participant engagement, or business-owner relationships preferred, but not required. Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
