Financial AdvisorBravera Wealth Planning + Investing is hiring a Financial Advisor in Fargo, ND. This position is responsible for contributing to the overall mission of Bravera Wealth and its affiliated companies by effectively and efficiently administering investment accounts, as well as developing new business. The investment advisor must also be able to research and analyze multiple investment products or providers best suited to clients' needs.
Investment advisors must commit themselves, not only to financial industry standards, but also to higher standards of fiduciary responsibility.Measures of success include client portfolio growth and retention, community engagement and business development, and compliance and fiduciary standards.Duties and responsibilities include understanding and acting in accordance with the legal responsibilities of a fiduciary, offering both brokerage and investment advisory services, administering accounts, advising clients on financial issues, developing new business, and adhering to all wealth rules and regulations.Secondary duties and responsibilities include obtaining education to enhance skills, participating in various functions or projects, and additional responsibilities determined by subsidiary.Qualifications include a high school diploma with a college degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred, ability to pass background check, FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) securities license, state insurance license, minimum of three years of financial services experience or related professional experience, certain professional qualifications or the ability to obtain and maintain certain designations, understanding of financial planning software, understanding of financial markets and portfolio management concepts, understanding of estate and financial planning, estate and gift taxes, taxation of wealth and individuals, ability to communicate well with the public, clients, company personnel, and ability to work well with others and be a team player.Location: Fargo, ND
