Financial Advisor

2–5 years of experience preferred · Active licenses required · Eau Claire / Bloomer, WI

• Build and deepen client relationships through planning-led advice

• Lead discovery and review meetings covering retirement income, investments, Social Security/Medicare, insurance, and estate coordination

• Prepare and present written plans and recommendations in partnership with our tax and operations team

• Help grow the firm through referrals, community presence, and thoughtful follow-up—not a high-pressure sales culture

• Contribute ideas on process, client experience, and how we serve families and business owners

• 2–5 years in a client-facing advisory, planning, or wealth role (or a strong related background)

• Active advisor licenses required: Series 65 or 66, plus life and health insurance licenses

• Comfort talking through planning and investment decisions in plain language

• CFP® or progress toward it is a plus, not a requirement

• Willingness to work in person from our Eau Claire or Bloomer area offices

• A seat at a growing independent firm with a real voice in how the practice develops

• Integrated tax + planning support so you are not solving every problem alone

• Starting salary of at least $80,000; total pay and bonuses depend on experience and production
