This role sits at the intersection of Finance, People & Culture, Payroll, and Office Administration, acting as a key operational connector between our U.S. organization and our Germany-based People & Culture team.You will play a central role in ensuring smooth financial operations, compliant payroll processing, and high-quality employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

This is a mid-level professional position suited for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoys working across functions and geographies.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESFinance & AccountingSupport month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, and cost controllingMonitor and ensure that expenditures align with approved budgetsPrepare and deliver spending and financial control reportsSupport financial compliance including tax-related and governmental reporting requirementsCollaborate closely with the Finance team in Germany to ensure alignment with global group policiesProvide financial insights and operational support to local and group managementSupport Sales and Use Tax compliance through registration and filing activitiesPayroll & CompensationManage and review semi-monthly payroll processing for U.S. employeesSupport sales commission calculations and payout processes, including review of sales agreementsConduct regular payroll and billing audits to ensure accuracy and financial integrityEnsure compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor regulationsOffice & Operations Management (U.S.)Take part in U.S. Office Management responsibilitiesSupport administrative and operational office processesPartner with Finance and People & Culture colleagues to ensure efficient day-to-day operationsCollaborate with external advisors to ensure full legal and regulatory complianceSupport cross-functional initiatives and operational improvementsPeople & Culture / HR OperationsServe as a liaison between U.S. operations and the People & Culture team in GermanySupport employee operations, including onboarding and offboarding processesCo-create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment that fosters employee engagement and moraleEnsure compliance with state-specific U.S.
