Financial Accounting SpecialistThis individual will assist in the monthly close process and provide management with timely, accurate financial data that aids in the decision making process. Analyze and correct financial data as submitted by all operations worldwide through the use of various accounting systems. Determine necessary adjustments in preparation for consolidation.Essential Functions:Prepare consolidated Statement of Cash Flows for senior management and inclusion in the monthly Board of Director's book and SEC 10Q / 10K filings.Analyze and prepare monthly analysis of operating capital accounts and debt movement for cash flow.Assist in the preparation or review of condensed consolidating financial information (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and statement of OCI) in accordance with SEC rule SX 3-10 to be included in "guarantor footnotes" in 10K / 10Q filings.Monitor activity and ensure proper invoicing and accounting as part of the growth platform.Serve as controller for various corporate ledgers by preparing monthly journal entries, performing quarterly account reconciliations and preparing quarterly Letters of Representation.Calculate consolidated average shares outstanding used in earnings per share for actuals, forecast and profit plan.Prepare consolidated Statement of Shareholders' Equity supporting schedule.Resolve/analyze all Investment in Subsidiaries/Equity issues.
