Supporting the implementation of Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing, the remote Financial Specialist / Accountant will manage accounting treatment for project costs, billing, and compliance within the U.S. Department of Education's Financial Management Support System. Key responsibilities Support Oracle Projects cost collection, labor and non-labor accounting, and billing processes Validate cost distribution, revenue recognition, and related accounting treatments Lead workshops and document requirements to ensure federal financial compliance Required qualifications U.S. citizenship is required Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field Minimum one (1) year of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials Experience with federal financial management and cost tracking Ability to validate accounting treatment and compliance with federal financial requirements
