Financial Accountant (Fully Remote)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will own key aspects of the month-end close and statutory reporting. You will work fully remotely across the UK with occasional meet-ups in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities: Manage the general ledger, including balance sheet, banking, and inter-company reconciliations. Produce IFRS consolidated results and standalone financial statements, plus monthly management reports. Liaise with external auditors, bank managers, ONS, and tax specialists on compliance matters. About You: You bring 3-5 years of accounting experience and a professional qualification or active pursuit of one. You are highly organised, deadline-driven, and proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools. You are curious, empathetic, and comfortable with ambiguity in an evolving environment.
