Offering a full-time opportunity, the Finance Track Graduate Program will engage recent graduates in multiple rotational assignments across various finance roles, including Cost Accountant and Treasury Analyst, while providing hands-on experience in financial modeling and data-driven research in Carmel, IN, and other locations. Key responsibilities: Participate in rotational assignments to gain diverse finance experience and broaden professional networks Own and manage high-impact projects that contribute measurable business outcomes Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to develop technical and professional skills Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation by June 2027 Related internship or project work with experience in Excel, financial modeling, and variance analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with a proactive approach to responsibilities Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and authorization to work in the country of employment
