Bridging the gap between data and actionable insights, the full-time remote Finance Technology Manager will own the Finance team's data infrastructure, develop Power BI reports, and drive AI adoption while collaborating with business leaders to enhance decision-making capabilities. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support KPIs and executive decision-making Develop and govern shared semantic models, ensuring consistent KPI definitions and a single source of truth Lead the Finance function's AI adoption strategy, identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or finance technology with hands-on involvement in data and analytics Demonstrated expertise with Power BI, including data modeling and report/dashboard development Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query for financial modeling and data transformation Working proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
