Finance Systems Manager

The Finance Systems Manager will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP platform and related finance systems. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, optimize processes, and ensure systems effectively support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite and related financial systems.
• Manage and resolve system support tickets, user inquiries, and production issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system challenges, data discrepancies, workflow issues, and reporting concerns.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, roles, and permissions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes, upgrades, and new functionality.Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting finance systems, ERP platforms, or business applications.
• Hands-on NetSuite administration and support experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting, ticket management, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with Finance and Accounting teams, including understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business solutions.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, and process optimization initiatives preferred.
