Leading a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing core finance systems, the full-time remote Finance System Support Manager will manage day-to-day support for SAP and related applications, oversee month-end close processes, and drive improvements in user experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Finance System Support team, ensuring high-quality service across finance systems Manage day-to-day support for finance systems, including incident resolution and month-end close readiness Collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners to address complex issues and implement system enhancements Required qualifications Experience with finance or accounting processes and operational workflows Previous people management experience, including coaching and prioritizing work Experience supporting large ERP systems, preferably SAP Strong understanding of support processes, access management, and finance system controls Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
