Role Responsibilities

• Translate complex finance concepts into AI‑readable formats.
• Prompt, test, and refine AI agents for improved domain‑specific performance.
• Create reusable instructions, templates, and best practices for AI agents.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and design.

Requirements

• Strong experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund (preferred).
• Practical understanding of financial modelling, transactions, or research workflows.
• Expertise using and prompting AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.).
• Ability to write clear, structured content for both humans and AI.
• Self‑directed, highly organized, and able to work independently.
