Finance Representative II

To support accurate and timely reimbursement for hospital services, the full-time Finance Representative II will review patient claims, follow up on billing accounts, and collaborate with partners across the revenue cycle in a day shift role. Key responsibilities Review patient claims and account activity to ensure compliance with payer-specific billing requirements Follow up on billing, outstanding accounts, and necessary adjustments while maintaining accurate account information Coordinate with Patient Financial Services and other departments to resolve billing questions and enhance account outcomes Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations is preferred Familiarity with hospital billing or insurance follow-up processes Experience using Epic or another healthcare billing platform is advantageous
