The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week. MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification (strongly preferred).Professional Experience: 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience. Proven track record in M&A integration, transformation programs, or large-scale strategic initiatives. Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Strong experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and controllership processes.
Experience ensuring alignment between management reporting and statutory financials.
Experience in synergy tracking, cost optimization, and value realization frameworks. Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or complex multi-entity environments preferred.
Experience working with senior leadership.Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis. Strong understanding of cost structures (GM, SFC, overheads). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including financial close processes, journal entries, accruals, capitalization, and cost allocation. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
