Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Finance Program Manager will manage enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, while leading complex budgeting processes and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities Lead and optimize annual budget processes and quarterly reforecasts across various markets and entities Analyze financial data, including claims and contract datasets, to identify trends and performance gaps Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership to support value-based contract modeling and financial decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related fields Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), and Excel Experience working with healthcare claims and financial datasets CPA or CBAP certification preferred
