Finance Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning, governance, and execution for Finance workstreams within an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Consolidations.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with Finance leadership, Enterprise Process Owners, SAP/IT teams, and System Integrators to align business priorities with technical delivery.
• Drive business readiness activities including change management, testing, training coordination, and adoption planning.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring governance standards and project deliverables are achieved.
• Prepare executive presentations and steering committee materials while providing visibility into program health, milestones, and key dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including 3-5+ years supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Finance processes within SAP, including General Accounting (R2R), AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Product Costing, and Financial Consolidations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of enterprise project governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and business readiness.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience working within large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and how Finance processes integrate across business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority while driving alignment across multiple workstreams.
