Finance Ops Support AnalystThe Finance Ops Support Analyst is responsible for several operational aspects of the business which overall supports effective finance operation processes. This role may be responsible in the following functional aspects; troubleshooting, error handling, training, acquisition integration support and systems capabilities. This role will also support training and documentation of processes, including support of continuous improvement initiatives and being part of cross-functional team for process improvements within the finance department.

This role will primarily have a Project Management and Continuous Improvement focus within the Finance Systems Team.This role will be onsite in Camden, NJ 5 days a week.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and analyze business processes and system functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutionsLead or assist in conducting meetings with cross-functional departments in an organized and detailed mannerDefine system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and analysis of business and user requirementsGather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycleMonitor and support internal Finance customers by troubleshooting and resolving system and process-related issuesEvaluate job-specific system processes and functionality and recommend improvements to enhance overall solutionsPartner with Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve process and operational issuesParticipate in Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives, including process mapping and facilitating improvement effortsIdentify, analyze, document, and determine the root cause of system issuesDevelop appropriate documentation outlining issues, root causes, priorities, and requirements for resolution, and manage issues through completionAbility to break down complex, high-level information into detailed requirements while also summarizing large datasets into clear, actionable insightsDevelop ad hoc reports using various departmental data sources and systemsSupport Finance Systems leaders with projects and other initiatives as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceResourceful with a positive attitudeService- and growth-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others, taking on challenges, and learning new thingsCollaborative team playerOpen-minded and willing to explore new ways of achieving resultsStrong attention to detailComfortable making mistakes and learning from themKnowledge of back-office finance processesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support to othersExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsKnowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies preferredWillingness to observe, participate, and serve as a resource to various departments as neededKnowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, and Workday Financials preferredKnowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles preferredExperience supporting the integration of mergers and acquisitions preferredWe are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $72,890.22 - $97,186.96. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
