A growing organization is seeking a Finance & Operations Business Partner to support financial performance, operational reporting, strategic planning, and business decision-making across the company.
This position partners closely with leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting efforts, develop reporting tools, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. The role plays a key part in translating data into actionable recommendations that support growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include supporting annual budgeting and forecasting activities, developing financial models and pricing analyses, preparing operational and financial reports, monitoring key performance metrics, assisting with month-end activities, reviewing data for accuracy, supporting billing and reconciliation processes, and helping implement reporting and technology improvements. This individual will work cross-functionally to investigate issues, improve workflows, and ensure business leaders have the information needed to make informed decisions.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, along with five or more years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analytics, or a similar role. Strong Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders are essential. Experience with ERP, budgeting, payroll, or business intelligence systems is preferred.
