Regardless of career level, you should have:Experience leading finance at an early-stage or high-growth tech/R&D companyExperience building and scaling financial systems and processes from the ground upHands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, and operational financeComfort switching between strategic planning and hands-on executionExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsHigh integrity and strong professional judgement
