Key responsibilities: Optimize data and analytic processes to support contract management and negotiations Develop presentation materials for leadership to facilitate informed decision-making Mentor junior staff and oversee the implementation of value-based care arrangements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Policy/Management, or a related field 5+ years of healthcare financial analysis or financial management experience Experience with managed care reimbursement methodologies 3+ years of advanced data analytics using Alteryx and Microsoft Office suite 2+ years of project leadership experience influencing organizational strategy
